Tour prices are set per person.
Child age ranges and free participation conditions may vary depending on the tour.
Children aged 0–3 join free of charge (seat and service are not guaranteed).
Prices include the services specified in the tour program.
Reservation Process
Reservations are taken as a pre-registration through this page.
After pre-registration, we contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the reservation details.
20% of the total tour price is collected as a prepayment via credit card or bank transfer.
Your reservation is confirmed after the prepayment is completed.
The remaining balance is paid in cash on the day of the tour during boarding or participation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If the tour is cancelled due to reasons caused by us (weather conditions, technical issues, etc.), the paid amount is fully refunded on the same day.
In case of cancellations caused by the guest, the prepayment is non-refundable.
Guests who do not wish to make a prepayment are kindly requested not to complete the pre-registration.
